The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting aspects of the L&D Department’s learning programs, certification review courses, and training courses. Maintaining and coordinating programs in the ALS Learning Management System (LMS) to include uploading program descriptions, course files, attendee materials, and overseeing Learning Communities. Will coordinate data collection and reporting and support Global Director, Learning & Development.
The role holder will be the first point of contact for learning and development queries and be responsible for all related administration. Responsibilities will also include supporting the learning and development business partners in ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learning management systems and processes.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development or similar preferred;
